SRRSH Nursing, designated as a Chinese National Clinical Key Specialty by the National Ministry of Health, is highly recognized by clients and nurses in the nation for its excellent clinical service and healthy work environment. Led by a strong nursing leadership team, more than 1600 nurses, 94% of whom own bachelor’s degree, work together to strive for high quality of nursing care and professional development to meet the needs of individual, community, and society at large. We have a long history with Loma Linda University Medical Center, who have already sent nearly 80 nursing experts on nursing management, education and clinical practice to help us since the beginning of our hospital. Our nurse leaders and promising nurses visit prestigious institutes in America, Australia, England and Japan, and bring back advanced techniques, knowledge, and concepts to optimize our practice.
