The Department of Pain Management of SRRSH, founded in 2006, is a comprehensive department combining medical treatment, teaching and scientific research, supported by an integrated professional team. Distributed in Qingchun, Qiantang, Grand Canal and Shaoxing Campuses, it owns 40-odd licensed beds and domestically first-class, fully equipped advanced medical equipment.

Thanks to the platform of Zhejiang University and the cooperation with Stamford University Medical College, Japan Society for CSF Leak Japan Toho University Hospital Pain Center and Japan Okayama university, it has set up two centers and three clinical sub-specialties and has become a well-known large-scale healthcare unit in Zhejiang Province. The department is well-structured in terms of team members' academic achievements, fueled further by strong technical support. With increasing momentum, it endeavors to become a first-class center integrating medical treatment, teaching and scientific research at home and a renowned one abroad.
