Dr. FANG Yifeng majored in clinical medicine at Wenzhou Medical University from 2002 to 2007, and obtained his master's degree in surgery from the same university in 2010. He got his doctorate in surgery at Zhejiang University School of Medicine.

He has mainly engaged in clinical practice and scientific research of minimally invasive therapy of hepatobiliary, pancreatic and gastrointestinal diseases, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal infection. Having published 8 academic articles in Clinical Cancer Research, ACS Nano, and Cell Death and Disease in the past five years, he also participates in two projects funded by theNational Natural Science Foundation and a key project supported by the Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province. Nowadays, he is one of the backbone teachers of gastrointestinal surgery at Zhejiang University School of Medicine.
