Dr. LIN Hui is the Deputy Dean of the College of Biomedical Engineering and Instrument Science, Zhejiang University, and the Director of the SRRSH Department of Internet and Artificial Intelligence. He specializes in the precise diagnosis and treatment of hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases and smart healthcare. His research interests lie in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery and minimally invasive surgery.

He has led and undertaken over 10 national and provincial research projects, including 6 key major projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation Key Projects, National Science and Technology Innovation 2030 Major Projects, and Zhejiang Provincial Key R&D Projects. As a corresponding author, he has published over 50 high-impact SCI papers in journals like Nature Communications, Advanced Science, Journal of Hematology & Oncology, and Gut Microbes, with total citations exceeding 4,300 and an H-index of 35. He holds 10 authorized national invention patents and has been responsible for 3 international standards (2 ITU, 1 IEEE) and participated in 2 (ISO). As the first contributor, he received several scientific and technological awards including the Second Prize of Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and the China Hospital Association Technology Progress Award.
