Dr. HUANG Diyu graduated from the seven-year program of Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 1999 and received a doctorate from Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 2008.

For many years, he has focused on the surgical treatment of inguinal hernia, abdominal wall hernia and gastroesophageal reflux disease, and has a deep understanding of minimally invasive surgery. The SRRSH Hernia and Abdominal Wall Surgery Center under his leadership, is in the leading position in Zhejiang province and the country in the minimally invasive treatment of hernia, the types of surgery include laparoscopic, open, micro-incision and single-port surgery. It is the first in the country to introduce the concept of "painless, minimally invasive, safe and comfortable" painless hernia surgery, and built the first painless hernia ward in the country, making hernia surgery no longer painful, which is widely praised by patients, and serves as a training center to popularize minimally invasive hernia surgery to grassroots units.

It is the first in Zhejiang province to carry out surgical treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, and through minimally invasive surgery, it cures the disease for many patients who need long-term medication or whose medication is ineffective, and relieves the troubles of the disease. It is currently in a leading position in the province. As a leader in this field in Zhejiang Province, Dr. Huang has promoted this technology to grassroots units.

He has profound attainments in the surgical treatment of abdominal wall hernia, especially in the minimally invasive treatment of abdominal wall hernia and incisional hernia, which is in a leading position in Zhejiang province. He is skilled in the treatment of difficult and complicated abdominal wall hernias such as diaphragmatic hernia and parastomal hernia as a domestically prominent figure in this field.
