Treatment of lower extremity atherosclerotic occlusive disease, diabetic foot disease, aortic aneurysm, aortic dissection, carotid artery stenosis, varicose veins, deep vein thrombosis, visceral artery aneurysm, vascular malformations including arteriovenous malformations and venous malformations, etc.; recanalization of the infra-popliteal arteries in diabetic foot and endovascular therapy of varicose veins.
Biographical sketch
In 2001, Dr. HU Guohua studied at Xinxiang Medical University. In 2006, he pursued a master's degree in surgery in Zhejiang University School of Medicine, under the guidance of Professor SHEN Laigen. After graduation, he worked in the Department of Vascular Surgery at Zhejiang Taizhou Hospital. From 2012 to 2015, he studied for a doctoral degree at Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University School of Medicine, under the guidance of Professor FU Weiguo.
In 2015, he worked in the Department of Vascular Surgery at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Since 2018, he has worked in the Department of General Surgery at SRRSH. He is mainly engaged in clinical practice, scientific research and teaching work in the field of peripheral vascular surgery, including diseases of arteries, veins and lymphatic vessels.
He has undertaken one Youth Fund project from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and participated in three General Projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. As the first author, he has published more than 10 SCI papers, papers in Chinese series journals and core journals. He has also participated in the compilation of three works, namely Systemic Vasculitis, Analysis of Difficult Cases in Vascular Surgery and Training Course for Cardiovascular Specialists. He attaches great importance to clinical teaching and has obtained a clinical teaching qualification from Zhejiang University School of Medicine.
