Dr. MEI Jinhua graduated from Zhejiang Medical University in 1997. He obtained a master's degree in surgery from Shanghai Second Medical University in 2003 and an MD in surgery from Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 2012. In 2016, he studied as a foreign doctor in the Department of Vascular Surgery at the affiliated hospital of the University of Grenoble Alpes, France.

Dr. Mei has been in general practice as a vascular surgeon at SRRSH for a long time. He is skilled in endovascular and conventional surgical treatment for extremity arteriovenous diseases, visceral aneurysms and carotid artery stenosis. Many critical and difficult vascular surgeries were completed by him, such as TEVAR/EVAR with in situ/pre-fenestrated membrane stent, carotid body tumor resection, posterior peritoneal mass resection, vascular injury repair and reconstruction. He has undertaken or participated in several national and provincial medical research projects and published many papers in SCI and national first-class journals.
