Dr. SHEN Haigang graduated from Shanghai Medical University in 1993, furthered his studies in vascular surgery under the guidance of Academician WANG Zhonggao at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University from 2001 to 2002, and was dispatched by the Health Department to be a visiting scholar in the Department of Vascular Surgery at St. Marien Hospital, University of Bonn, Germany, for three months in 2009. He has mainly engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular diseases such as varicose veins, lower extremity arteriosclerosis, abdominal aortic aneurysms, lower extremity venous thrombosis, and carotid endarterectomy. He has led or participated in several national and provincial medical research projects and has published 5 professional papers.
