Dr. LIANG Xiao graduated from Zhejiang University in 2002. He is currently the Party Committee Member of SRRSH, the Assistant to the Director of Qiantang Campus, the Deputy Director of General Surgery, the Head of Qingchun Daytime Surgery Center, and the Second Branch Secretary of General Surgery. He has mainly engaged in clinical practice, scientific research and teaching work related to hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery, focusing on laparoscopic and robotic surgical treatment of hepatobiliary and pancreatic tumors, and has completed the world's first extremely difficult surgery many times.

His research focuses on laparoscopic and robotic surgery for hepatobiliary and pancreatic tumors. At present, he has undertaken and participated in 15 projects, including National "863"projects, major and general projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation and provincial and departmental projects. He published more than 170 SCI papers, obtained more than 10 national patents, led and participated in the formulation of more than 10 guidelines and expert consensus, and edited and participated in the editing of 3 books and textbooks.

As the main contributor, he won 1 second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and 1 third prize of the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. In 2013, he won the"Chinese Young Scholar Award for Surgery". In 2017, he was awarded the honorary title of the"First National Famous Doctor-Young Newcomer". In 2019, he was selected as a high-level health innovation talent in Zhejiang Province and "151 talents"in Zhejiang Province.
