Biographical sketch
Dr. XU Dengyong graduated from Zhejiang University School of Medicine. His main interests are the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer, constipation and pelvic floor diseases, and hereditary colorectal tumors such as familial adenomatous polyposis, and the surgical treatment of anal diseases. He has published more than 10 SCI papers in journals such as Frontiers in Immunology, BioMed Research International, Translational Cancer Research, and World Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery. He participated in three projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation and the Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province. He was awarded as the runner-up of the East China Division of the 4th International NOSES Classic Surgery Video Competition.
