Dr. WANG Yu graduated from Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 2014 and joined the Department of Gastroenterology at SRRSH in the same year, where he has worked ever since. He has mainly engaged in the diagnosis, treatment, and research of various digestive system diseases and endoscopes, especially the areas of inflammatory bowel disease and difficult/rare gastrointestinal diseases related to abdominal pain and diarrhea, such as Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, hereditary angioedema, porphyria, and autoimmune inflammatory diseases. He established a specialized clinic for rare gastrointestinal diseases. He has participated in multiple national and provincial medical projects and has published several SCI and first-level papers as the first author. He was awarded the honorary titles of annual outstanding Communist Party member, outstanding employee and exemplary individual.
