Biographical sketch
WEI Li is a deputy chief nurse, serving as the Head Nurse of NICU at the West Wing, 1-8F, Qiantang Campus, SRRSH. She is an executive committee member of the Neonatal Nursing Professional Committee of the Zhejiang Nursing Association and a member of the Nursing Branch of the China Maternal and Child Health Association. She is a faculty member for the graduate courses "Smart Nursing" and "Advanced Health Assessment" at Zhejiang University. She serves as the Deputy Head of the Double First-Class Subspecialty Program, instructor at the ICU Nursing Specialist Training Base (Beijing External Base) of the Chinese Nursing Association, and mentor at Zhejiang Provincial Training Bases for Gynecology and Respiratory Nursing Specialists. She has over 30 years of experience in neonatal critical care nursing, nursing management, and nursing education. As a principal investigator and co-investigator for three bureau-level research projects, she published 10 papers as first author and corresponding author in core journals. She obtained 5 utility model patents with 3 patents being adopted in clinical practice. She is also a chief editor and co-editor of 2 books.
