Biographical sketch
From 2001 to 2008, Dr SONG Zhengfei studied Clinical Medicine at Zhejiang University School of Medicine, earning a Master’s degree. After graduation, he has been working at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital. He has participated in clinical practice, teaching, and research of the department, been involved in multiple provincial-level medical research projects, and published several professional academic papers. His work focuses on frontline clinical diagnosis and treatment, and he has been repeatedly recognized as an outstanding worker by Zhejiang University School of Medicine. He specializes in the minimally invasive surgical treatment of various common neurosurgical diseases, with a particular emphasis on the minimally invasive surgical treatment of hemifacial spasm and trigeminal neuralgia, and hearing and facial nerve preservation surgery for acoustic neuromas. Additionally, he performs microsurgical treatment for other intracranial tumors, cerebrovascular diseases, and aneurysms, as well as emergency treatment for traumatic brain injury and cerebral hemorrhage.
