Dr. CHU Junjie graduated from the eight-year clinical medicine program of Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 2016 and obtained a doctoral degree in clinical medicine.

He has long been engaged in clinical diagnosis, treatment, scientific research, and related teaching tasks in thyroid surgery. He specializes in the comprehensive treatment of thyroid and parathyroid diseases, including open thyroid cancer radical surgery through neck incisions and various endoscopic thyroid cancer surgeries (such as the trans-infraclavicular approach, trans-axillary approach, trans-oral vestibular approach, and modified Miccoli lateral neck dissection via small neck incisions). He was among the first in China to receive systematic and standardized training in endoscopic thyroid surgery. He has published several SCI papers on thyroid cancer as the first or corresponding author, presided over one National Natural Science Foundation of China project, and is responsible for endoscopic thyroid cancer training for undergraduate and visiting physicians.
