Dr. LUO Kunliang graduated with a clinical degree in Dentistry from Zhejiang University School of Medicine. He currently serves as the Head of the Dental Specialties at the Shaoxing Campus. In 2012, he was a visiting scholar at Loma Linda University in the United States, where he advanced his studies in dental implantology, emergency dental care, and tooth whitening treatments. From 2017 to 2018, he furthered his training as a visiting scholar at Kiel University in Germany. During this time, he studied under the internationally renowned Professor Wiltfang and obtained certifications in International ITI Dental Implantology and German ALL-ON-4 Full Mouth Implant techniques.

Academically, Dr. Luo has authored multiple SCI papers, including one published in a top-tier medical journal. He contributed the chapter on tooth extraction in the first edition of Dental Emergency Medicine, published by People’s Medical Publishing House. He has led several municipal and departmental-level research projects and participated as a key team member in projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and various provincial-level research initiatives.
