Dr. LI Shiyan specializes in ultrasound diagnosis and interventional treatment of abdominal and superficial organs, especially in the hepatobiliary system, gastrointestinal system, thyroid, and breast diseases. After graduating from Wenzhou Medical University in 2009, Dr. LI Shiyan obtained his doctorate in surgery at Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Then he made his efforts to minimally invasive diagnosis and therapy.He has completed a great number of cases in interventional ultrasound and has accumulated rich clinical experience in this field.

He has mainly engaged in clinical practice and scientific research of ultrasonic diagnosis of abdominal organ disease (Liver, Gallbladder, Pancreas, and Kidney) and superficial organ diseases (Thyroid, Breast, and Carotid artery). He specializes in ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy for cytological or histological pathology, catheter drainage of ascites, pleural effusion, and pericardial effusion, catheter drainage of obstructing collecting system: biliary and urinary and ultrasound-guided ablation (sclerotherapy of cysts, ethanol injection of hepatocellular carcinoma, and thermal or Frost ablation of solid tumor).
