Dr. FANG Yanfei graduated from Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 2006 and later obtained a Ph.D. in internal medicine from Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 2014. She has primarily engaged in clinical practice, research, and teaching in gastroenterology. Her areas of expertise include managing severe acute and chronic digestive diseases, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic liver injuries, endoscopic treatment of esophageal and gastric varices, internal hemorrhoids, endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of early gastrointestinal cancers and submucosal tumors, and endoscopic hemostasis for gastrointestinal bleeding.

She has published six medical papers as the first author in SCI-indexed journals and top domestic journals. She has led and participated in several provincial and national research projects. She has also been involved in projects that won the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Zhejiang Province and the First Prize for Medical and Health Science and Technology Innovation in Zhejiang Province. She contributed to the compilation of several medical books, including Controversial Cases in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Digestive Diseases and Fundamentals and Clinical Aspects of Helicobacter Pylori Infection.
