After graduating from Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2010, Dr. HE Huiqin obtained her doctorate in internal medicine at Zhejiang University School of Medicine. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of functional gastrointestinal diseases, gastrointestinal motility disorders, Helicobacter pylori infections, and complex digestive diseases, with particular expertise in the medical and endoscopic treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. She is also committed to the basic research on the pathogenesis of irritable bowel syndrome. She has been responsible for or participated in multiple national and provincial medical research projects and published dozens of papers in her field.
