Dr. YU Liangliang graduated from Wuhan University School of Medicine in 2005 with a PhD in gastroenterology and subsequently received advanced training in endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases at the National Cancer Center of Japan. He specializes in clinical practice, research, and teaching of gastrointestinal tumors, biliary and pancreatic diseases, and varices associated with liver cirrhosis. He is proficient in the diagnosis and treatment of common, complex, and rare diseases in gastroenterology with extensive expertise in endoscopic procedures for various gastrointestinal disorders. He has led or participated in several national and provincial medical research projects and published numerous professional papers. He won awards including the International Endoscopic Physician Leader Award, the First Prize in the National ESD Competition for Gastrointestinal Tumors, the Zhejiang Provincial First Prize and National Third Prize in Endoscopic Procedures Competition, and the Outstanding Gastroenterologist in Zhejiang Province.
