Biographical sketch
After graduating from Zhejiang Medical University in 1995, Dr. WANG Da obtained his master's degree in surgery and doctorate in oncology at Zhejiang University School of Medicine. From 2002 to 2004, Dr Wang worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Colorado University Health Science Center in USA and did lab research about the mechanism of colorectal cancer metastasis. In 2012, he studied at Mayo Clinic for enhanced recovery perioperation of colorectal cancer.
He has mainly engaged in clinical work and scientific research of colorectal tumors. He specializes in the comprehensive treatment of benign and malignant tumors of the colon and rectum and surgical treatment of anal diseases including hemorrhoids, anal fissures, and anal fistula. His research is mainly about the mechanism and treatment of colorectal cancer metastasis. He has been responsible for or participated in multiple national or provincial medical research projects and published dozens of papers in his field.
