Dr. HUANG Jinwen, chief physician, graduated from Wenzhou Medical University. He earned his master's degree at Zhejiang University School of Medicine. He completed his residency and fellowship and then started working as an attending physician of hematology at SRRSH. He was trained on stem cell transplantation at Loma Linda University Health in the United States and was trained on myeloma for three years as a visiting scholar at Mayo Clinic in the US. He has a strong record of education and mentorship, curriculum, including more than thirty years of clinical experience.

Dr. Huang was the director of the Department of Hematology from 2001 to 2020, and received some honors and awards, such as a Science and Technology Progress Award from the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government, and a Science and Technology Progress Award from the Provincial Department of Education. He published a monograph "Modern Theory and Treatment Strategies of Leukemia " and produced over 30 peer-reviewed articles in the fields of hematology and oncology. He also has presented at national and international conferences.
