Dr. CHEN Ying studied in the first class of Optometry at Wenzhou Medical College from September 1988 to June 1991. She then obtained her bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine at Wenzhou Medical College from September 1993 to June 1996. From March 2002 to February 2003, she furthered her training at the Otolaryngology and Ophthalmology Hospital affiliated with Fudan University in Shanghai. She specializes in various complex and challenging cataract phacoemulsification surgeries, refractive lens exchange, glaucoma, and all types of vitreous-related diseases, retinal detachment, diabetic retinopathy, macular-related disease diagnosis and surgical treatment, as well as intravitreal injections for various conditions. She has more than 25 years of experience in laser therapy for both the anterior and posterior segments of the eye. She has published over 20 papers in various professional journals.
