After graduating from Weifang Medical University (now Shandong Second Medical University) in 2006, Dr. Feng obtained his doctorate in ophthalmology at Zhejiang University School of Medicine. As a member of the 28th Chinese medical team, he completed the task of assisting Africa.

He has mainly engaged in clinical practice, scientific research and teaching of vitreo-retinal diseases, which includes the comprehensive treatment of diabetic retinopathy, the internal and external surgical treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, the surgical treatment of macular diseases, and the diagnosis and treatment of ocular trauma and orbital diseases. He has hosted or participated in 2 provincial medical research projects and published 4 professional papers as the first author.
