Dr. WANG Binghong graduated from Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 1997. She obtained her master's degree in 2008 and received her doctoral degree in 2019 from the same university. She specializes in micro-incision cataract phacoemulsification, glaucoma, and complex pterygium surgeries, comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of various complex corneal diseases, myopia correction, diabetes-related eye diseases, and retinal macular disorders. Her main research areas include cataracts, corneal diseases, and retinal macular conditions. She has successfully treated numerous complex cases and is a member of the Key Innovative Discipline of Corneal Diseases in Zhejiang Province. She has led and participated in multiple provincial research projects, published numerous SCI-indexed and professional papers, and holds one national invention patent. Dr. Wang is also a key teacher for clinical practice and education at Zhejiang University. She was awarded the title of Advanced Worker of Zhejiang University School of Medicine in both 2014 and 2018, and was named as one of the outstanding young deputy chief physicians in Zhejiang in 2019.
