Biographical sketch
Dr. XU Liwei graduated from Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 2003 and later received a doctorate in surgery. Since graduation, Dr. Xu has engaged in urology at SRRSH. He is committed to minimally invasive surgery and comprehensive treatment of urinary stones, BPH and urinary tumors, especially prostate cancer. He has advocated the individualized treatment of urinary calculi and tumor and is good at various surgery such as percutaneous nephrolithotomy and ureteroscope. As for urinary tumors, Dr. Xu has rich experience in robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery and laparoscopic surgery for prostate cancer, bladder cancer, renal cell carcinoma, and adrenal tumors. Dr. Xu has led and participated in several projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province. He has published numerous academic papers as the first author.
