Areas of focus:
Establishment, diagnosis and treatment of complicated hemodialysis vascular access (autologous arteriovenous fistula, artificial vascular fistula, hemodialysis catheter and other special accesses) and complications, especially at minimally invasive and hybrid treatment of hemodialysis access and long-term integrated maintenance of access; peritoneal dialysis catheterization and many kinds of nephritis or nephropathy.
Biographical sketch
Dr. LU Mingxi graduated from Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 2002, and in 2014, he went to Shizuoka, Japan for a dialysis access specialist study. He is mainly engaged in clinical practice, scientific research and teaching of hemodialysis vascular access and peritoneal dialysis access. He takes the lead in developing a number of ultrasound guided intervention therapy techniques in the world, completed more than 10,000 cases of access operations, and has rich experience in the establishment of difficult and complicated dialysis access and the diagnosis and treatment of complications. He has led and participated in a number of provincial department-level medical projects and clinical multi-center research, published more than 30 papers at home and abroad, and held 2 national invention patents.
