Dr. WU Junnan is the Deputy Director of the SRRSH Department of Nephrology. He holds a doctorate from Nanjing University, a postdoctoral degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and is a researcher under the "ZJU 100 Young Professor" program at Zhejiang University, serving as a doctoral supervisor. He has engaged primarily in the research of podocyte pathophysiology in renal diseases and clinical studies on risk factors related to peritoneal dialysis. He has published over 30 SCI papers as the first or corresponding author in journals such as Immunity, JCI, JASN, etc. He has led national and provincial medical research projects and was awarded the First Prize for Technological Progress in Jiangsu Province and the First Prize of the China Association of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine for Science and Technology, among others. He has engaged in clinical practice, scientific research, and teaching work related to acute and chronic kidney diseases as well as end-stage renal diseases.
