Dr. FU Guosheng, M.D., Ph.D., is a chief physician and doctoral supervisor in the SRRSH Department of Cardiology. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of complicated cardiovascular diseases, especially coronary artery disease and valvular heart disease. He was awarded the first prize of Zhejiang Province Science and Technology Progress and the Good Doctor Honor of Zhejiang University in 2015, the Advanced Individual of the National Medical and Health System in 2009, the Advanced Worker of Zhejiang University in 2008 and 2006, and the second prize of Zhejiang Science and Technology Progress Award in 2000.

He graduated from Zhejiang Medical University in 1987. He received his master's degree in cardiology from Zhejiang Medical University in 1990 and his M.D. degree in cardiology from the Medical School of Kiel University, Germany in 1995. He is skilled at the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, heart failure and valvular heart disease. He has devoted himself to the interventional treatment of various complex cardiovascular diseases, especially the interventional treatment of chronic occlusive lesions, His-Purkinje system pacemaker implantation, and transcatheter aortic valve replacement. He has unique insights and rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of various complicated and difficult cardiovascular diseases. He provides diagnosis and interventional treatment of complicated cardiovascular diseases, such as coronary artery disease(including chronic occlusive disease), arrhythmia, heart failure and valve heart disease. He is a well-known interventional cardiologist in China, one of the leaders in the treatment of complex cardiovascular diseases through the radial artery in the Asia-Pacific region, and the main promoter of coronary intervention through the radial artery in China. He has been invited to perform surgical demonstrations in Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, Serbia, Turkey and other countries.
