Diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in cardiology, such as coronary artery disease, hypertension, cardiomyopathy, arrhythmia, and heart failure, especially intravascular imaging and physiology guided precise PCI for complex coronary artery disease.
Biographical sketch
After graduating from Zhejiang University School of Medicine and obtaining a doctorate in clinical medicine in 2009, Dr. QIU Fuyu started to work at SRRSH. He completed his postdoctoral training at Columbia University from August 2013 to August 2014.
Dr. Qiu has mainly engaged in clinical work and scientific research on cardiovascular disease. He specializes in precise percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for complex coronary artery disease. He also works in the research area of intravascular imaging and physiology as well as coronary microvascular disease. Dr. Qiu has been responsible for multiple national and provincial medical research projects and has published dozens of papers in his field. He won the first prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of Zhejiang Province as a key team member.
