Minimally invasive (thoracoscopic/robotic) diagnosis and treatment of diseases such as pulmonary nodules, lung cancer, mediastinal masses, esophageal tumors, hyperhidrosis palmaris, and pneumothorax, especially skilled at single-port thoracoscopic lobectomy, complex lobectomy, segmentectomy, combined sub-segmentectomy, vascular and tracheal sleeve-shaped formation, and minimally invasive subxiphoid anterior mediastinal mass resection and other operations.
Biographical sketch
Dr. ZHOU Jiayu graduated with a doctorate from Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 2017 and visited Massachusetts General Hospital during his doctoral studies. He is mainly engaged in clinical practice, scientific research, and teaching work on lung cancer, thymic tumors, and esophageal tumors. This includes the comprehensive treatment of chest diseases such as pulmonary nodules, malignant lung tumors, benign and malignant thymic tumors, and malignant esophageal tumors, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer, thymic cancer, and esophageal cancer dominated by minimally invasive surgery, and the surgical treatment of pneumothorax, pulmonary bullae, and hyperhidrosis palmaris.
He has been responsible for 1 project funded by the Natural Youth Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province, 1 open-fund project of Zhejiang Provincial Key Laboratory of Digital Medical Diagnosis Technology, and 1 project of the Zhejiang Provincial Health Commission. He also participates in 1 project supported by the National Natural Science Foundation and 1 project of the Health Commission of Zhejiang Province. He has published 8 SCI papers.
