Biographical sketch
In 1993, ZHAO Linfang began working at SRRSH and later obtained a master's degree from Zhejiang University School of Medicine. In 2002, she completed advanced clinical specialist nurse training at Loma Linda University in the United States. In 2003, she became China's first full-time intravenous therapy specialist nurse. In 2005, she established the first specialized nursing clinic in Zhejiang Province, and in 2009, she formed China's first dedicated specialized nursing team. Her primary focus is on the establishment of intravenous vascular access and the management of complications. She has published over 80 research papers in domestic and international journals, led nearly 20 research projects, and received the Third Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Zhejiang Province, the Second Prize for Medical and Health Science and Technology in Zhejiang Province, and the First Prize for Technological Innovation from the Chinese Nursing Association. She has also been awarded the Third Prize for Science and Technology by the Chinese Nursing Association. She has participated in the compilation of more than 10 books, including serving as the chief editor or reviewer for 3 of them, and has been granted 7 national utility model patents. She contributed to the development of the first industry standard for intravenous therapy by the Ministry of Health and has delivered special lectures at numerous professional academic conferences, including the Global and American Infusion Nursing Society and the Chinese Nursing Association.
