Biographical sketch
In August 2012, Dr. ZHOU Ling joined Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Wannan Medical College and his master’s degree from Zhejiang University School of Medicine, later completing his doctorate in surgery at the same institution in 2024.
He has mainly engaged in clinical practice, scientific research and teaching related to ultrasound medical diagnosis and interventional therapy. He specializes in evaluating and treating superficial organs like the thyroid and breast, and abdominal organs including the liver, kidneys, and prostate. His diagnostic capabilities extend to cardiovascular assessments of the heart, carotid arteries, and peripheral vasculature. He has been responsible for two department-level medical research projects, and participated in multiple national and provincial medical research projects, published over ten professional papers, and obtained two utility model patents.
