Biographical sketch
After graduating from Zhejiang Medical University in 1997 with a master's degree in infectious diseases, Dr. ZHOU Zhihui started working in the Infectious Disease Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. She obtained her Ph.D. in Infectious Diseases in 2003. Since 2009, She has worked in the SRRSH Department of Hepatology and Infectious Diseases.
Dr. Zhou has been primarily involved in the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases, the rational use of antimicrobial drugs, and research into bacterial resistance mechanisms, accumulating extensive clinical experience in diagnosing and treating bacterial infections. She has participated in multiple studies related to bacterial resistance mechanisms and led projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, major science and technology projects of Zhejiang Province, and projects funded by Zhejiang Province Natural Science Foundation. Her contributions were recognized by awards including the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress and the first prize of Zhejiang Province's Science and Technology Progress.
