Dr. ZHANG Ziyi graduated in 2017 from Zhejiang University School of Medicine (Eight-year Clinical Medicine Program) with a Doctor of Medicine degree. She is a deputy chief physician in the SRRSH Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism and a master's supervisor at Zhejiang University School of Medicine. From 2019 to 2022, she conducted postdoctoral training at the University of Toronto, Canada. She participated in clinical exchanges at Rhode Island Hospital and Women & Infants Hospital, both affiliated with Brown University in the United States. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes, thyroid and parathyroid diseases, pituitary disorders (including pituitary tumors), and adrenal gland diseases. She has led projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation and projects under Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology and Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education. She has also received a provincial scientific award. She has published 6 SCI papers as the first author in journals such as BMC Medicine and JCEM and has contributed to over 10 additional SCI papers. She is also the recipient of multiple "Outstanding Teaching Faculty" awards from SRRSH.
