(1) Diagnosis and treatment for symptoms, such as weight loss, fatigue, edema, chest tightness, chest pain, etc.
(2) Comprehensive management of chronic diseases and multiple diseases, and management of cardiometabolic risk factors, such as diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, obesity, gout, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, etc.
(3) Personalized lifestyle guidance, such as medical nutrition therapy, exercise guidance, etc.
Biographical sketch
Dr. ZHANG Jia graduated from Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 2010 (Seven-Year Program), completed Sino-American residency training, and participated in training at Western Australia University School of Medicine. She has mainly engaged in clinical practice, scientific research and teaching/training work of general practice at SRRSH for more than 10 years. Her scope of clinical practice includes diagnosis, treatment and management of common acute/chronic diseases, and symptomatic etiological diagnosis and treatment. She has been responsible for and participated in 5 scientific research projects and has published 6 scientific papers as the first author. She has been awarded as excellent teacher several times and won the second prize in the competition of general practice teaching rounds organized by the Chinese Medical Doctor Association.
