After graduating in 1997 from the clinical medicine program at Capital Medical University, Dr. ZHOU Guangming has engaged in clinical work at the SRRSH Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. He specializes in the surgical treatment and auditory reconstruction of various conditions such as otitis media, cholesteatoma, otosclerosis, and congenital ossicular chain anomalies. He is also skilled in the microsurgical treatment of lateral skull base diseases, including peripheral facial paralysis, malignant tumors of the external and middle ear, facial nerve tumors, petrous apex cholesteatoma, vestibular schwannoma, and glomus jugulare tumors, as well as the surgical treatment of intractable vertigo and cochlear implantation. Committed to otology and ear neurosurgery, he has led and participated in three provincial and departmental research projects and has published 15 papers in domestic and international journals. He was awarded as the Advanced Worker by Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 2003, 2011, 2012, 2017, and 2022 and the Advanced Worker of Zhejiang University in 2017.
