SRRSH Named a Best Employer for the 11th Consecutive Year

Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital (SRRSH), affiliated with Zhejiang University School of Medicine, has been named among China's Best Employers in Healthcare in the public hospital category for the 11th consecutive year. The 2025 rankings were jointly released by DXY and McKinsey at the eighth China Hospital Development Conference (CHDC), held in Hangzhou on August 21–22, 2026.

Based on direct ratings from healthcare professionals rather than expert panel assessments, the rankings highlight employees' experiences and workforce issues within healthcare institutions.

Professor Cai Xiujun, President of SRRSH and an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, attributed the sustained recognition to our longstanding commitment to patient-centered care and our employees. He emphasized supporting staff development and strengthening employees' sense of fulfillment and belonging. By helping staff feel valued and supported, we enable them to bring that same care and dedication to their patients.

SRRSH also received recognition in the 2025 Healthcare Brand Communications rankings announced at the conference, placing among the top 50 public hospitals at the national and provincial level and the top 10 hospitals for most influential WeChat subscription accounts.
