The 2nd SRRSH-MCCN Hospital Management Training Course

The 2^nd SRRSH-MCCN Hospital Management Training Course was held on December 14 and 15, 2024. We were honored to invite Dr. Richard Winters, M.D., M. B.A., P. C. C., director, Leadership Development, Mayo Clinic Care Network again and two other domestic experts to give one-day and a half lectures to about 100 leaders from SRRSH and other medical facilities in Zhejiang province. The course, a perfect mixture of Western management theory and traditional Chinese philosophy, introduced the advanced Mayo Clinic hospital management concepts, improving the leadership and management efficiency of hospital administrators in China and promoting the high-quality development of Chinese hospitals based on our situation.
