SRRSH has aggressively recruited high-level, varied worldwide partners, forging collaboration with 36 world’s leading medical institutes and notable universities. We were under the supervision of Loma Linda University Health (LLUH) from the United States throughout the first five years from 1994 to 1999. We were the first hospital in China to become a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network and the first to get JCI Accreditation and Magnet Certification.
In Hangzhou, we were the official hospital for the 19th Asian Games, the 4th Asian Para Games, and the G20 and B20 summits. In 2021, we were among the first to get the designation of "International Hospital" in Hangzhou with the highest score. As Zhejiang province's sole globally renowned medical facility, we asserted the exclusive title of "2023 International High-Quality Hospital" in Hangzhou. Furthermore, we have partnered with LLUH to construct the Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital and Loma Linda University Health International Training Academy for Healthcare (SALITAH), and we have founded the International Institute for Health Science with Hangzhou City University and LLUH.
