Inventor: CAI XiujunIt integrates many functions such as stripping, electrocoagulation, cutting, suction, flushing, etc. It does not need to change the instruments frequently during the operation, which shortens the operation time, and compared with the imported liver-cutting instruments such as ultrasonic knife, it has the advantage of fast liver-cutting speed for the sclerotic livers. Prof. CAI Xiujun has created the laparoscopic scraping and suctioning anatomical liver cutting technique, applying the invented instruments to isolate the pipes buried in the liver parenchyma one by one, and treating them with electrocoagulation and clamping according to their thicknesses, which effectively reduces the intraoperative bleeding, and the technique has been compiled into the multimedia surgical textbook of the American College of Surgeons.

Inventor: CAI XiujunProf. CAI Xiujun proposed the concept of "suture-free" intestinal anastomosis, invented a biodegradable stent and created the stent method of intestinal anastomosis, which has a short anastomosis time, avoids the destruction of submucosal blood vessels in the anastomosis and the residue of foreign body, facilitates healing and reduces the occurrence of anastomotic leakage. The invention realizes efficient intestinal anastomosis, which is easy to implement under the laparoscope, and can be used for the treatment of intestinal leakage, intestinal perforation and one-stage repair of battlefield intestinal injury, which is an important breakthrough in the field of intestinal surgery. It has been authorized nine national invention patents and ten patents from the United States, the United Kingdom, France and other countries.

Inventor: CAI XiujunMade of biodegradable polymer material, it is used in the "stent-based intestinal diverting technique", which realizes "stoma-less" intestinal diversion and replaces the 167-year-old stoma diversion invented by the Germans. Compared with the traditional stoma, this technique avoids the need for intestinal stoma, artificial anus retention and secondary reentry surgery, shortens the treatment cycle from 3-6 months to 3 weeks, and greatly reduces the trauma to the patient's physiology and psychology. It has been authorized one national invention patent and Canadian, Japanese and Australian patents.
