Biographical Sketch
Li Hongye, M.D., Assistant Director of Department of Orthopedic Surgery of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, affiliated with Zhejiang University School of Medicine. He graduated from Harbin Medical University in 1993. He is currently a chief physician in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery and the Director of the Diabetic Foot Multidisciplinary Team of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, affiliated with Zhejiang University School of Medicine. He developed an effective technique for arthroscopy-assisted reduction and internal fixation in the management of malleolar fractures. He completed a great number of cases of diabetic foot ulcers/osteomyelitis by using induced membrane techniques, and those cases make up the largest case resource pool in Zhejiang Province. He is the author of several peer review articles published in national and internationally reputed peer review journals.
