Biographical Sketch
Xu Xiaoling, M.D., Ph.D., Associate Chief Physician of the Department of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Xu graduated from Zhejiang University School of Medicine and has worked at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital for more than 12 years. Dr. Xu used to participate in advanced study at National Center for Cardiovascular Diseases, Fuwai Hospital. She was also a visiting scholar at Loma Linda University in the USA.
Treatment Services
Common pulmonary issues, such as chronic airway diseases (COPD, asthma and bronchiectasis), respiratory infections, lung nodules, lung cancer, and especially pulmonary vascular diseases (pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary embolism and vasculitis).
Pulmonary intervention techniques, such as fiberoptic bronchoscopy and endobronchial ultrasound, right heart catheterization and pulmonary arteriography.
