Biographical Sketch
Qiu Wenya, Chief Physician and Attending of the Ophthalmology Department. Dr. Qiu graduated from Zhejiang University School of Medicine, and got her Ph.D. degree in 2005. In 2008, she worked as a visiting professor at Nebraska Lincoln University in the United States to study corneal epithelial wound healing. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of corneal diseases and surgery of ocular surface, cataract phacoemulsification, astigmatism and presbyopia correction lens surgery, and eyelid plastic surgery. As the main team member, she won the Second and the First prize of the Scientific and Technological Award of Zhejiang Province in 2005 and 2010.
