Biographical Sketch
Ying Kejing, M.D., Academic Leader, Professor and Chief Physician of the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital; Director of the National Respiratory Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Ying specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of difficult and critical respiratory diseases, especially pulmonary embolism, pulmonary hypertension, lung cancer and severe acute respiratory failure. She has developed an effective technique for early diagnosis of lung cancer and pulmonary infection by detecting breath gases. She specializes in the treatment of difficult and severe pulmonary vascular diseases and has cured a great number of cases of pulmonary thromboembolism in Zhejiang province. She has paved the clinical way for standardized diagnosis and treatment of venous thromboembolism, promoted the standardized diagnosis and multidisciplinary treatment of VTE in Zhejiang province through academic conferences and continuing education, trained a large number of medical practitioners, and established the Zhejiang Pulmonary Vascular Alliance.
