We launched a smart physician assistant based on large language models; we followed the information construction policy of "top-level design, step-by-step implementation, priority construction for urgent needs, and sustainable development". This allowed us to continuously solidify the foundation of information construction, offer robust support for the development of smart hospitals, and actively encourage the sharing and interoperability of medical data.

In 2023
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology chose "SRRSH Practice in Building a Trusted Medical System Based on Blockchain" as one of the typical blockchain use cases for 2022. It was accepted as the "National Industrial Internet Big Data Center System Medical and Health Industry Zhejiang Branch" and invited to represent "5G+ Medicine" at the 31st China International Information and Communication Expo, making it the only hospital in the nation to be chosen.

The practice experience of "Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital in Zhejiang Province Exploring the New Model of "Internet + Healthcare" to Improve Medical Services and Hospital Management Level" was published and promoted nationally by the State Council Leading Group for Deepening Reform of the Medical and Health System (No. 59).
In 2018
The hospital hosted the National Health Commission's press conference on the development of "Internet + Healthcare" and convenient and beneficial services for the public, as well as the Zhejiang Province's on-site meeting on promoting the deepening of the "one-stop" reform in the field of medical and health services. In the same year, President Cai Xiujun was invited to attend the National Health Commission's special press conference to share SRRSH's experience and was the first guest to share his Internet medical practice.
